Key City Online Auctions Inc. Announces Contract with ArrowHomes LLC. of Dubuque, IA to Liquidate Contents of S Riverview Dr. Building in Bellevue, IA.

Key City Online Auctions Inc. will be auctioning off the contents of 134 S Riverview Dr. in Bellevue, IA through its online platform https://KeyCityAuctions.com. All auction items will be available for viewing at Key City Auctions Warehouse located at 400 Harrison St. Dubuque, IA. The first of multiple auctions will be the remains of pervious commercial tenant, Lock 12 Bar and Music Venue. A short list of contents includes restaurant, bar, and musical equipment. There will also be a separate auction for the extensive record collection of over 10,000 records. The property was recently acquired by ArrowHomes LLC. of Dubuque, IA who has plans for a full restoration of the commercial space and apartments above. Key City Auctions will also be auctioning the remaining contents of the apartments above in the coming months.
